Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions are only pertinent to transactions for the AIM products and are not applicable for any other part of the business.By using this website you are agreeing to abide by the following terms and conditions of sale.

Your details are only used to ensure quick delivery of your order.

Financial information not stored or kept

If payments are dealt with online we never see your sensitive financial information as this is handled by our secure payment gateway, PayPal.


We reserve the right to change our prices.


We accept all major credit and debit cards through our payment gateway, PayPal.

You do not need a PayPal account to pay by card. When prompted, just put in your card details.

We will endeavour to deliver all goods within a maximum of 10 days. Quicker postage options are available at checkout and our preferred method is Royal Mail Special Delivery(RMSD). Max of 2 working days to process the order, then RMSD is next working day pre 1pm

The quantity of any consignment of Goods as recorded by us upon despatch from our place of business will be conclusive evidence of the quantity received by you on delivery.

Our liability for non-delivery of the Goods will be limited to, at our discretion, replacing the Goods within a reasonable time, issuing a credit note at the pro rata Contract rate against any invoice raised for such Goods or a refund of the purchase price paid.

Any claim that any Goods have been delivered damaged or do not materially comply with their description will be notified by you to us and (where appropriate, to the carrier) within 5 days of their delivery. Provided that you return such Goods to us in new condition, we will at our sole discretion replace such Goods, issue you with a credit note for the price of such Goods or refund the price paid for such Goods.

We may at our discretion deliver the Goods by instalments in any sequence. If you fail to take delivery of the Goods or accept performance of the Services or any part thereof at the time agreed for delivery then we will be entitled to cancel or suspend such delivery and all other outstanding deliveries and to charge you for the loss suffered.

Delivery is included in the price for deliveries within the UK. Deliveries outside the UK will be subject to a delivery charge which will be quoted via email before despatch. On your acceptance of the delivery charge the goods will be despatched.

For deliveries outside the UK you will be given options on type of delivery and associated costs – on your acceptance we will endeavour to deliver your goods using the selected method.

Returned goods will be at the customers cost.

You will be given details of the delivery company and reference number such that you can track the progress of delivery. Alternatively please call the number on the website for delivery information.


We accept returns on most items*.

If you wish to return an item for whatever reason, please contact us first stating the reason for return and your full contact details.

Items must be in original condition with all packaging intact and as new.

Items must be returned within 7 days from receipt.

We recommend you return via a trackable method as you are responsible for the item(s) safe return.


Each item has a 12 month manufacturers’ warranty
